Airfare Arrangements

If you would like assistance with air arrangements you may request a quote by sending an e-mail to info@sunurbearbunz.com with your desired dates of travel and departure city. We will be negotiating special air rates with carriers once we know what parts of the country, or the world, our guests will be arriving from.

Condominium Rentals

Breakage or damage to the property(ies) used will be charged to the renter(s), per the rental company's rental agreement. Country Hills Travel acts only as an intermediary in planning the accommodations for the client with the owners' rental agent on the island.

Please read all of the house rules for the condominium complex you will be housed in--repeated or excessive violations of house rules may result in expulsion from the complex--you are responsible for your own behavior. If you are displaced, you will be "on-your-own" for the remainder of your stay.

Local Legal Stuff!

Nudity is not permitted in any public areas or within the condominium complexes being utilized. The Gay Community on the island of Hawaii has a low profile--please help keep their reputation clean. If it's something you wouldn't expect to see--or others to do--in public, take it back to the privacy of your condominium unit! Indecent exposure may subject the offender to legal penalties or prosecution, and neither Country Hills Travel nor Hawaii Island AIDS Foundation or anyone else will be able to assist you if you are arrested. Also, the County of Hawaii (the Big Island is one County) has a zero-tolerance program for driving while intoxicated--if you are stopped and have recently been drinking, you are subject to arrest and all local penalties of law, including the possible towing and impound of your rental car.

Insurance Advice

This is a private group, and is being limited to 150 guests. Country Hills Travel is under separate contracts for the components of this package, therefore we must adhere to our "Deposits & Payments" and "Cancellation & Refunds" policies shown lower on this page.

It is strongly recommended that each traveler purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance to avoid a no-refund situation or penalties charged by any vendor used to provide services in conjunction with attending "Sunurbearbunz". Country Hills Travel can assist you in obtaining insurance coverage, however you are not required to purchase coverage through Country Hills Travel's travel insurance supplier.

Deposits & Payments

A $300 per person non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. These accommodations are privately owned and their owners must be guaranteed deposit before space will be blocked. All deposits and payments will be applied to the guest's balance and deducted appropriately. Payments may be applied at any time and paid in full at any time, but must be paid in full forty-five (45) days prior to arrival: Monday, July 24^th, 2007.

Con-"fur"-mation & Document Delivery

Upon receipt of your payment, Country Hills Travel will e-mail you a con-fur-mation within 72 hours (3 days). Final travel documents will be issued two weeks prior to departure and will be mailed to you via USPS Priority Mail. Double Accommodations Con-fur-mations will be mailed to the lead name and address provided for the pair.

Disclaimers & Disclosures

Portions of this package are subject to change without notice due to events not under the control of Country Hills Travel. Should any portion of this package be cancelled by a chosen service provider, Country Hills Travel will attempt to obtain refunds directly to our guests as expediently as possible. Country Hills Travel is a registered Seller of Travel in the State of California and our Seller of Travel Registration number is 1014528-40. Registration for and issuance of a California Seller of Travel number does not constitute endorsement by the State of California.

Cancellations, Refunds & Name Changes

If we do not reach a minimum of 100 guests, all funds deposited will be refunded back to the original forms of payment. Requests for refunds must be received in writing up to 45 days prior to departure (Monday, July 24th, 2007) to Country Hills Travel, 2510 E. Willow St., Unit 101, Signal Hill, CA, 90755-6306. Less than 45 days from departure, no refunds will be given. Name changes are permitted at a cost of $100 per person, land-only. Name changes are not permitted on air reservations, new reservations will be obtained with the new name, and the old reservation cancelled.
