We are offering insurance for the above lodging packages, with the following group pricing:

A $300 per person deposit plus your insurance premium is required to hold reservations and reserve your space. If you are purchasing insurance, please be aware that your airfare arrangements are not covered unless you purchase additional coverage, we can assist you with this, e-mail us with your ticket cost rounded-up to the dollar and we will return e-mail your additional insurance cost. These accommodations are privately owned and their owners must be guaranteed deposit before space will be blocked. All deposits and payments will be applied to guest's balances and deducted appropriately. Payments may be applied to a guest's balance at any time and paid in full at any time, but must be paid in full forty-five (45) days prior to departure, Monday, July 24th, 2007.
